White-Label Web Development for Agencies

Additional web development capacity under your brand, with written boundaries and agency-led approvals.

White-label web development in India, built around your agency

Keep your client relationship and bring SiteSutra an approved design or a defined implementation brief. Kumar works from Varanasi, India, with the communication overlap, repository access and review cadence agreed before delivery. Client meetings happen only under your agreed contact rules.

What an agency development brief should contain

  1. Approved inputs: design files, final copy, image permissions, fonts and required states.
  2. Build boundaries: page list, responsive behaviour, integrations and the person who owns each provider account.
  3. Acceptance: supported devices, accessibility checks, agency reviewer and the point at which the client approves.
  4. Handover: source repository, editing notes, deployment ownership and separately agreed support.

A small pilot before a larger commitment

Hypothetical scope: your agency supplies an approved services page and copy. SiteSutra implements the page, mobile navigation and an existing booking destination, shares a preview and hands over the source after the agreed review. Copywriting, a new identity and custom backend features sit outside that pilot unless added to the proposal.

Use the agency website handover checklist to define the evidence your reviewer expects. The editing and maintenance demonstration shows the static delivery approach used here.

Will you work inside our existing platform?

This site demonstrates HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a Git-based review workflow. Share the stack and repository requirements for a capability check before we quote. Platform-specific delivery is agreed against the actual brief.

Who this is for

Design, branding and marketing agencies with approved website work that needs additional development capacity. Start with one clearly defined deliverable, rather than an open-ended capacity commitment.

White-label deliverables

Responsive implementation of agreed layouts, reusable components, approved integrations, staging previews, QA records, source delivery and handover under your agreed workflow.

Exclusions and boundaries

Client strategy, design changes, unscoped backend features, account administration and ongoing maintenance are separate unless agreed. Confidentiality and ownership are documented; no client material is added to SiteSutra’s portfolio without permission.

Process

Share the brief and approved direction → agree a fixed-scope paid pilot → build in a review branch → agency QA and client approval → handover and approved release. Clarify who signs off each milestone.

Commercial approach

Request a tailored quote for a pilot, project or defined support arrangement. Availability, communication overlap, revision rounds and change handling are confirmed in writing. No unsupported turnaround or capacity guarantees are offered.

Review the implementation

Inspect the retail demo, architecture demo and their case studies. They demonstrate original work, not confidential agency engagements. Static HTML, CSS and JavaScript are demonstrated here; other platform work requires a capability review against your brief.

Plan the handover

Use the acceptance checklist and editing and maintenance demonstration to define what your team needs after delivery.

Discuss an agency pilot.

Bring your current website, audience, priorities and any constraints. We’ll use the discovery call to decide whether the work is a good fit, then agree a written scope.
