# Small-business website brief

SiteSutra planning worksheet — 17 October 2026

## Filled example: hypothetical Varanasi home-repair business

This fictional example is not a client project. It supplies no real business identity, phone number, price or results.

- Audience: homeowners checking whether a repair is within the business's actual services and coverage.
- Main action: call the business during owner-confirmed working hours.
- Starting pages: Home, Services, About, Contact.
- Content owner: business owner supplies service descriptions, genuine photographs with permission, coverage and approved contact details.
- Contact route: phone link; optional WhatsApp link using an approved business number.
- Exclusions: payments, customer accounts, live job tracking and ad campaigns.
- Existing website: owner lists any old URLs and integrations before the developer estimates migration work.
- Editing: agree which person changes services and contact information, and how those changes are reviewed.
- Budget and delivery: not yet agreed; request a tailored quote and a dependency-based schedule.
- Approval: named owner reviews content, mobile layouts and real contact behaviour before launch.
